If you exercise to intentionally lose weight, that can be unhealthy because of how dangerous current beauty standards are and because weight loss if fat phobic. The correlation between general weight loss and exercise is not strong. 🥴🥴🥴 (media.patriots.win)

I’m a doctor. I think most basic health info is common sense. I don’t think I’m that crazy smart.

Then I see people post stuff like this unironically and with confidence in their knowledge with people retweeting. That’s when I get a cold chill up my spine because I’m terrified that I am in idiocracy and I’m really one of the smartest. No way do I know how to make the crops grow in a week guys.
