And their concept of what is selfish, racist and worthy of cancellation is often the bedrock of Americanism.
It used to be called slacktivism. It's time for us to push ourselves to help others through good deeds even more. The left wants to pretend somehow their the good guys and while they want to hate and hurt, we'll be fixing things and helping folks.

They want the illusion of appearing virtuous without any of the hard work or dedication that comes with who they make themselves out to be. My narcissistic grandma, may she rest in piss, is a good example of this. She had this habit of finding some stray dog at her work and gush how the poor thing needs a home and has to be taken care of. You think she did it herself? Nope! She would just dump the responsibility on us without my family having a say or taking in any form of consideration on our behalf.
Its the same thing when you hear these sociopathic socialists say we must open up our hearts and homes to hordes of incoming illegal aliens. But when asked if they'd take any in, the just come up with excuses like they have no room, or they have too much shit in their lives to do that right now.
They aren't playing compassionate hero, they are playing Punisher. They want to attack and hurt people while feeling justified in doing so. It's gotten so bad that they don't even care if the justification is true or not, only whether it scores points with others that have colorful hair.
