My concern with bitcoin is that they will be able to easily control the distribution methods of it.

Look what they are doing to companies and people now, they are taking the ability to use freaking banks by Gab.

They will go after Blockchain, Coinbase and the distributors when they are ready. I don't trust Bitcoin, even though I do own a few.

Not to mention blockstream is ruining bitcoin by refusing to fix the transaction price problem (lightning is a dogshit solution)

Bitcoin isn't even close to handling as many transactions as Visa and their transaction price was 25 dollars last time I checked, how is that any better?

there are lots of things good about cryptocurrency, but bitcoin is old and outdated and basically only surviving by being the first most well known version. There's already better cryptocurrencies that solve the one's Bitcoin refuses to solve on chain, but without a strong and solid backing they're worthless. That's the only thing bitcoin has that most don't, a strong and solid backing. The problem is it's a not as up to par as it should be
