And diet soda is extremely unhealthy stuff. Soda is garbage. Don't drink it.
An occasional soda is okay, but only occasional. Also, try to find pure cane sugar with no chemical additives. (usually the oldschool glass bottles by oldschool brands, not mainstream ones)
If they used real food it wouldn't be so bad. But they get so many chemicals in their food like Coca-Cola, which is their only beverage option besides tap water.
You'll find that with long lived folks. There is usually some "unhealthy" habits that they didn't seem to care so much about back in the day. Smoking cigars, drinking soda, ect.
Trump is not someone I would say is the picture of health. He’s overweight, out of shape, old, drinks an insane amount of Diet Coke everyday, and has been on diet pills aka speed since the 90s
He goes up and down in weight, always has but this picture of health has to take in account age too. He's really in damn good healthy for a man 75 years old and with a breakneck schedule and a job that seems to add 10 extra years on a man's health.
So i don't know if I agree with your imaginary belief he is out-of-shape or that drinking diet coke is a sign he's in poor health either.
It's true, there are a lot of men who don't die before age 75 who can also walk and then there are a handful at the YMCA who are in stunningly excellent shape but I don't know many who'd handle what Trump does with as much physical strength, endurance and speed.
But ya, for a 23 year old, Trump isn't a flawless picture of health. He's not actually a supremely excellent human specimen, good point.
and Trump hasn't drank which can add a decade.
He knew drinking right would help him to live longer. Who knew water and Mc Ds was the perfect life plan.
I'd like to have a talk with him about McD's though.
I'm more concerned about his Diet Coke habit. Awful company that shouldn't be supported.

What is better, drinking diet coke, or drinking alcohol and smoking?
My concern about his health is his sleep habits. Not sure how Fred was but sleeping 4-5 hours a night I feel will take a severe toll on your health.
McD is fine in moderation, depending on what you get there.
I usually get surly ethnic employees who really can't be bothered to look up from their phones long enough to get my goddamn order right.

The bun is the problem cause they probably use corn syrup
Anything is fine in moderation. But there is hardly anything healthy at fast food.
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT, he did not sell his soul to the dark cabal satanic who is in D.C.
therefore its probability that it lives more than 90 years
Wendy's is so much better. But I dig it. He is Americana through and through.
Hate that all these great American companies have gone full cuck, full woke and fully political.
The GEOTUS saw what alcohol did to Fred Jr (his older brother). I think he always felt bad he couldn't help him recover.
You'll find that with long lived folks. There is usually some "unhealthy" habits that they didn't seem to care so much about back in the day. Smoking cigars, drinking soda, ect.
Neither did his father. Did his brother that died recently drink?
Not Robert. Fred Jr was Donald Trump's older brother. He was the alcoholic.
I know about the older brother. But was the younger brother a teetotaler like Donald?
