I don't know if it's technically against the Constitution since nuclear weapons didn't exist in the late 1700s, but yeah, this is pretty disturbing.

It brings saying the quiet part out loud to a much higher level. It is funny that they tried to use President Trump's so-called temperament as justification when he's the first president not to start a war in decades.

This is a military matter. Falls directly under the jurisdiction of the Commander in Chief. Congress has no say with this.
