Screw salesforce. I dumped them as a CRM for my business Q3 of 2020. They were downsizing, cutting salaries, employees while offering fewer services for the standard fees. When I asked for reprieve due to COVID and the strain due to COVID, they said "TOO bad, you still owe us money"...
I dropped them at the end of Q4 and couldn't be happier.
