It's worth noting that this picture is lacking in information and probably not correct.

The virus never comes out of your mouth as a single virus. It's always attached to vapor and larger items that spray out. Who knows what the arrow is actually pointing at and who knows if the size is accurate. I thought the actual virus is much smaller than what is shown here. So is this showing the virus attached to some vapor?
