That ban was a few years ago, and on top of that, that ban and gun control has been handed over to the Provinces/Premiers of the Provinces. Meaning that if Provinces want to repeal the ban, they can. If they want to keep it in place, they can. If they want to relax or strengthen the gun laws, they can. The Canadian Federal Government is no longer regulating gun control in Canada. It's been passed over to the Provencal governments.
So you can expect Provinces like Alberta allow AR-15's, Rifles, etc in their borders while you can expect Provinces like Ontario to keep the bans in place.
That's how gun laws work in Canada now.
It has nothing to do with Treadeau anymore. He washed his hands of the gun laws.
The ban was in 2020 and the federal government still has the final say on what becomes prohibited. You sound like the one who doesn't know what their talking about.
This is not accurate. Gun control in Canada is predominantly by the Firearm Act. Provinces can decide to make their gun control even more fascist, but they can't just decide which weapons are restricted or prohibited.
Dude, people got letters from the RCMP after the May ban, indicating that their firearms were now banned and could not be used, sold, transported, etc. Yoiu get caught transporting an AR15 to the range and let us know how it turns out.
They'll try it here next. Interesting that they just banned AR-15's in Cuckanada just before all of this got going.
No they didn't.

So, learn a little bit before you comment.

Also, Canadians, don't forget to donate to CCFR.
TIL. Do any provinces currently allow those guns?
