It was an email leaked by people in the Liberal Party of Canada who were told how Covid would play out through to 2022. This was leaked in October and looked very legit. The person leaking it said that about 30% of the team were in oppostion to it (and these were liberals), but they were told that it had already been decided.
So it looks like that leaked timeline from last December is turning out to be correct. Crazy times ahead.

Quarantine of covid positives, and testing/vaccination resisters, in government camps. Indefinitely. And not just in Canada.
