I watched the video someone posted after my comments, and I have since changed my opinion to 'maybe' it's all fucked up.
I watched it live and it appeared to me she was shot and killed.. but I agree there is more than enough 'nobody doing anything significant' during the incident to make me question whether it was role playing.
I've done medivac role-playing in the military and I will acknowledge there is ample practice possible to execute something like this even more flawlessly than it actually unfolded.

The only thing 'fake' was the police presence larping as any kind of barrier between the crowd and the inside of the building.
