Yes, I agree with both of you. There's a lot of factors - high taxes are one, while our corrupt government launders money through foreign countries after shutting down businesses in our own. There's also the pressure to go to college ($$$) without considering the time it takes to pay it off, if they really need a degree to get the job they want, and if it's worth it if they want to stay home with kids. I've read that for a lot of moms, unless they have a really high paying job, once you include daycare costs, work wardrobe/parking/food/taxes/etc, nearly their entire salary is eaten up with those extra costs.
We really need to help teenagers think carefully and realistically about their future. It would really help if they were encouraged to plan for living on one salary, instead of racking up tremendous debt and then finding out later they'd wasted all that money and time and can't raise their own children.

Keep your parents close as they age, honor and care for them as valued elders, not putting them in nursing homes because you don't have the time. There's aunts and uncles to help with childcare and always someone to lend a hand when needed.
I didn't have that growing up and I'm envious of people that did. My parents were both only children so no aunts, uncles or cousins. We lived more than a days drive away from their aunts, uncles and cousins so we saw extended family only once a year.

Doing my part. We have 6 kids ages 1-20. Not one has stepped foot in an indoctrination facility (school). Home schooled all the way. My wife stays home. We have never hired a babysitter. My kids are all based and skilled AF. My 3 girls can raise a chicken, butcher it and cook you a delicious dinner beside the veggies they grew (and a lot more). We are raising wifey material, not some career driven females. Our oldest is married to a great young man that has amazing outdoorsman skills and helps me a lot around the ranch and works for my contracting business. We live in a small log cabin in the woods. My boys are still young, but they are helping/hanging with me as I tend to the ranch. They will certainly be alpha men. No soy in our cupboards.

Stay at home mom here... I have 3 children (7,3, and 4 months). I homeschool my oldest two children. There are many days where I feel frustrated, and wish for more hours in the day to get everything done I want to complete.

Have I thought about sending my children to public school because it would make my daily life easier? Yes. But I won't. I can't and will not risk their education during these important years of their lives.

I have a nuclear family, a wife and two kids. We are at this point, quite litterally "bunkered down" to survive what's coming. My kids have 7 aunts and uncles and 30 cousins they have never met. They have two grandparents that have not been able to visit for a year because of covid 1984. I would like for nothing more than than for all my family to live in the same place and live like an actual family. Not a dozen different Nuclear families stretched across 7 states and two countries.

There are many days where I feel frustrated, and wish for more hours in the day to get everything done I want to complete. The draconian measures that have been put into place over the last year certainty hasn't made life easier for anyone.
Have I thought about sending my children to public school because it would make my daily life easier? Yes. But I won't. I can't and will not risk their education during these important years of their lives. Making sure that my children thrive, and are not conditioned to hate themselves is so important. I have always wondered how I can help with fighting against the obvious Marxist take over going on right now.... Maybe this is it? I can't see the pay off right now, but I know I will in the years to come.

My son told me the BLM manifesto stresses that society should not have a nuclear family. That is probably the biggest single factor in why there is so much violence among blacks, multiple babies born out of wedlock to multiple fathers, dropping out of school, etc. I don’t know if it is still on line or if that issue is still addressed; however, so many do not dig deep enough to find the real motivations behind these terrorist groups

Sorry, but the so called "nuclear family" was the first stage of the destruction of the American family. Splitting what were once strong, communal, extended families with a unified purpose and history into micro-sized pockets, heavily advertised by pedowood and the consumerist advertising market as "the American ideal," made them infinitely easier to corrupt.
It created the "bored housewife" and the rebellious daughter that built feminism.
It created the reliance on the school system to raise children, which allowed feelings first, participation matters, communist indoctrination.
It splintered the faith families once shared into different churches and denominations across the country so they could argue on the holidays and then stop talking about God altogether.
It created the very concept of Consumerism.
It made watching a television a legitimate "family activity."
It created the era of total political apathy, so few people stayed in the town they grew up in, they had no connection or care for what happened in politics.
It completely disconnected the REAL American family into disparate characters who's flaws were the only thing to show up on Thanksgiving and Christmas. And then made fun of them.
It destroyed the very concept of a Patriarch, leaving each child soon to be his "own" patriarch without an ounce of wisdom to guide him.
The only thing "good" to come out of the nuclear family was a SINGLE decade of happy-go-lucky BBQs by moms and dads who would grow old watching their kids become depraved morons and destroy their own country from the inside.
Pretty much everything people blame on the "boomers" was the nuclear family being a corrupt and broken version of the once great American family.

I have a nuclear family, a wife and two kids. We are at this point, quite litterally "bunkered down" to survive what's coming. My kids have 7 aunts and uncles and 30 cousins they have never met. They have two grandparents that have not been able to visit for a year because of covid 1984. I would like for nothing more than than for all my family to live in the same place and live like an actual family. Not a dozen different Nuclear families stretched across 7 states and two countries.
My mother lives close by; my two adult kids live 3 hours and 7 hours away and my siblings live in another country. Your point is, to me at least, an excellent one and I will look forward to delving more deeply. I am Australian but your point is true for families everywhere.
