This is done to give white kids a sense of guilt, original sin if you will. Have to get them young while they're impressionable.

And it gives black kids their daily entitlement injection, setting themselves up for a lifetime of being told how great they are and how evil whitey is. Any potential self reflection or responsibility by black people is "educated" out of them, where they learn they can just blame whitey for any and all deficiencies in their lives.
