Unions protect everyone, especially those not doing their job like they are supposed to. Teamsters have made my job and benefits great, but a decent amount of people I work with need to go. I can only imagine what it's like in a blue state.
Yea. I see problems with unions, but honestly the pros outweigh the cons by far. I was just implying there are probably more people that need to go in blue states, but I'll admit I'm not in a blue state so I can't say for sure.
I really don't like the fact that these people are pushing their ideology bullshit though. Schools should be teaching non bias factual material. Thank God there are alternatives to public school.

There are people at EVERY job that need to go. That's not even a union issue.
The benefit of the union is that if we end up with a diversity hire for a boss, we can't be fired because they don't like us.
