Just had another 1 hour “conversation about race” group meeting for the large employer I work for. It doesn’t matter if we’re sick of it because this will be crammed down our throats via education, employers, or whatever it takes.
The amazing thing to me is I believe I’m in the extreme minority as most white guilt-ridden liberals cannot wait to virtue signal on all off these pointless race indoctrination calls.
If I were you and worked somewhere like that, I’d have a small audio recording on me at all times throughout the day to cover my ass. How is that not considered a hostile work environment for everyone, especially people they consider white?
Yeah, been through those over the years. My tact is to find some angle of attack on transphobic grounds which then makes me sound like the most woke person there. The new angle they’re pulling is to say “anyone not fully committed to the cause” needs to be separated from the organization.
