Because they want 2 things.
To show that they have complete control over the levers of power when it comes to public discourse and discussion. This is a process of demoralization towards a population done to break down the idea that we have the ability to seek justice.
To use the fraud as a litmus test. If you believe in the fraud, then you're an enemy. If you do not believe it, then you have been properly processed and can be counted on as a leftist foot soldier willing to believe anything told to you.
Because if you wake the sleeping masses, their utopia lie will be resisted at all costs. They don't like resistance, and the human spirit of self preservation must remain asleep.
