I actually love what the North Dakota has - an ability to stop businesses from requiring masks as well. It’s all well and good when most law enforcement won’t enforce it, but it’s ripe time to strip business owners, and mostly by that I mean globalist mega corporations from driving this behavior. If target/Walmart/Lowe’s/home depot can’t enforce this in Texas they may start to bow out at a nationwide level.
