They halted trading twice in the last 30 minutes - usually a halt is 5 minutes, but the 2nd one started at 15:48ish extended to the closing bell - total bullshit.
But yeah it took off in aftermarket. $GME $181 at 17:44.
I believe it's a squeeze due to the borrowed shares from today and for tomorrow, The other big players (BlackRock, Fidelity, etc) vs the Melvin et al hedge funds are calling in their chips to clear out all the hedge fund positions and eat their collective lunch, and we're along for the ride. It's too late for the same shenanigans they used last time to work this time, since soo many people still own so many shares.
If you've got options that are expiring ITM tomorrow, call them. Force them to buy up the shares for it, and it'll get this rocket ship to the moon.
