I think you got a bit confused. They said to vote on the racist command. So the right answer is both, but since Conservatives are mostly white, I'm sure that's why 13% chose that instead of both.

this. picking anything other than the third option is racist. so 21% of respondents to pragerU's survey here are racist.

if you asked this on left wing shitholes, it'd be 90%+ racist. they will say it's racist to say someone should be less black, while they openly advocate for violence against whites specifically on basis of race.
