Exactly.

Trump had actually made it impossible for China to get a specific acid used in chip production from us and China is too sloppy to make it themselves. It is highly dangerous.

This was helping OUR manufacturers which it appears this EO will attempt to undo. I have no doubt we'll be selling China that acid soon enough.
