Nearly all the deaths FROM covid as opposed to the padded deaths WITH covid. I think the number of people who died from the virus is still under 20k and all the rest is things like got shot in the head but tested positive for covid or hit by a truck or fell off a cliff etc.
There was a story last year of a motorcyclist who crashed head-on into a car on a curvy road, and guess what-- it was officially a COVID death, because he supposedly had it at the time. Fucking clown world.
I’m not sure that’s entirely true. That definitely happened, but that sure doesn’t make up for 480k deaths. Most of the deaths WITH Covid are from COVID+Pneumonia. At least, according to the CDC

Any of yall still listening to the show. I do. It is mostly just tributes to Rush.
Yes I've been listening every day since Rush left us. In addition to the tributes and classic clips of Rush talking about various subjects, on Monday, Mark Steyn guest hosted and they had Rush's wife Kathryn on as a guest and she took calls from listeners for 2 hours. She said that the family is planning a virtual memorial celebration of Rush's life that people can watch sometime in the coming weeks, because they can't have a big in-person gathering "due to covid." The guest host on Tuesday (Brett Winterble, a former call-screener on Rush's show) said that we will be able to continue to hear Rush and that "The Rush Limbaugh Show isn't going anywhere, it's going to be here for a long, long time." Even though the talent has been returned to God now, it's great to be able to still hear his voice!
They played these classic songs on Tuesday that some of Rush's fans had recorded and sent to him unannounced and unsolicited many years ago. These brought a huge smile to my face! :-)

Ha. Nobody at my work knew why they were at half staff. The only person we knew of that passed recently was Rush. So, we just all agreed it must be for him. Didn't even learn until about 45 minutes ago what it was for. Something nice about working at a place that completely ignores this administration and mainstream news.
