The U.S has what? 350 million guns and 330 million people? I just don't see it happening, as that is A LOT of people who are armed, and a lot of those people are willing to fight to keep them.

This may be our only saving grace, but I doubt they won't try anyway. Unfortunately we have learned these past few months that our Constitution is just a piece of paper, and might as well be set on fire if there are not an appreciable amount of patriots willing to kill and die over it. No law is worth even what it is printed on if people aren't willing to put everything on the table to embrace or discard it.
