SECONDLY, IT'S NOT SCOTUS THAT'S THE PROBLEM - IT'S OUR CUCKED GOP STATE LEGISLATURES! 5/6 of swing state legislatures are GOP controlled - they have ABSOLUTE AUTHORITY under Article II of the Constitution to send whatever electors to the EC that they wanted to. They could've sent Trump electors, but instead cucked out and sent Biden electors and now want SCOTUS to fix the issue THEY were derelict in fixing.
