Yeah, this. Digital pianos can be had for approx $150-200 new, so used will be cheaper. (Press every single key to make sure they all work.) And they usually only weigh 10-15 lbs, so they're easy to move around. You don't necessarily need a stand. Put it on two 2-drawer file cabinets or a couple of chairs spaced a few feet apart. And the free music lessons on YouTube are plenty for your first year of learning.
