It was planned out a long time ago , you really should watch the whole documentary Pysop the Steal. It involves DC Gov Employees Dems Reb. Military Teachers BLM Antifa School kids i.e. Sunrise movement BLM .....they had many plans for which ever way it went they were going to make sure Biden & his Puppet crew got in.
