I have attached data that shows all 2020 deaths compared to previous years. My point isn't anything to do with the Flu, it that 2020 has much more deaths than previous years.

If you checked the raw data you will have seen that 2020 had much more deaths than any other year since 2001.

While that may be true, it had similar amount of deaths as a bad flu season.

Honestly I think we are arguing different things here. I’ve never looked at any flu statistics because I found them to be irrelevant, as I find total deaths to be more indicative.

The total deaths for 2020 are higher than any year since 2001 so I don’t think you can just write off Covid as something that is hoax or fake. That being said, I do not think that it was worth locking down the whole UK for this as the deaths aren’t high enough for me to rationalise a lockdown, and they should have just done more to protect high risk groups.
