The trouble is, it may not technically be a "false positive." Because the way PCR tests are designed, it just multiplies to oblivion what is in your nose. So having a strand of any gosh darn coronavirus is a "positive." But it's ridiculous. If you're not sick, you don't have COVID.
Swab my nose and do high-cycle PCR tests for all different types of pathogens and I'm sure you'll find loads of things that kill countless people every year. It's unbelievable how these PCRs have been weaponized.
And POSITIVITY RATE??! Making public health decisions based on that?! Give me a fucking break.
What sucks is the CDC is rigged too. They'll come up with headline shit and when you actually dive into an article or study, you find that they're just maniuplating statistics based on whatever random article they find around the world that fits their narrative. I mean, it's government. They don't get bonus for honor, nobility, or being ethical.
We're on this site, and we get a hell of a lot better information than the average person. The average person honestly is not seeing any good information. They're only getting the narrative. Ya, fine, I know what you're saying about sprinkling in the truth. But only to a point because from what I have been seeing lately, even apolitical average people are almost totally brainwashed.
All of science is rigged by the people who fund the research. Goal seeking is rampant.
And your point about information is accurate, but perhaps exaggerated. Consider the trust ratings for the media are at an all-time low.
But we're in an information war, so it's our job to take what we know and spread it far and wide. Trump showed us how to go around the MSM and we've learned well.
Good attitude. Been disheartening because I see people close to me who believe all the BS and don't care or even know how to find other sources of info. For a normal person, it's not necessarily obvioud to find. Because even a search on the Internet is only going to direct you to the same mainstream avenues.
But I like your attitude. We have to keep trying and spread the good word.
