Question for Gun Experts: I have a serious question about Ashli Babbit.. if 9mm FMJ overpenetrates, especially in the neck, why didnt the video of Babbit getting shot in the neck with a 45 ACP round at less then 10 feet have no overpenetration or wall splatter? Genuinely curious.
First, 45 ACP usually penetrates less than 9mm. Second, police almost always load hollowpoints in their duty handguns because they expand (thus bigger wound channel and less risk of over-penetration).

I specifically remember it, because I kept making jokes that he looks just like Sammy Davis Jr. He was even interviewed by OANN at one point.
