Ivermectin is easily available otc. If you don't mind picking it up at the feed store and doing the math to convert dosage from the weight of a horse to that of a human.
Doctors seem to have a monopoly on drugs...and it seems they're lording it over us...too bad we can't just get what we need on the black market....
