Yes! If you are born with a vagina you are a female. A penis a male. There is the very rare hermaphrodite.

Instead of having a penis and saying you are a female, I think eventually what will happen is they will accept that there are all kinds of males and all kinds of females...I believe eventually they will start to say that the guy from Pennsylvania that is in charge of health is a MAN, but men can have long hair, wear dresses, etc. And someone like Caitlyn Jenner is a man, but can have these attributes. Just like sometimes there will be a little girl that hates princess movies and wants to play with trucks and loves to dress like Spider-Man. Still a girl.
