What they should do is re-train x-ray technicians so they can explain in simple terms and diagrams to VA doctors a male pelvis is v shaped and a woman pelvis is curved for delivering babies. Doesn't matter what organ one wants attached to that area. Bone structure of a man and woman are non negotiable.
