If someone says "it's great to win the lottery", they're not expressing pride in their prowess at lottery-winning. They're just making a statement attesting that winning the lottery has a large positive side.

Yeah, and "Diversity" just means inclusion. I get enough doublespeak garbage from the Left. No thanks.

Doublespeak garbage is reading "it's great to be [something]" and willfully misinterpreting it to be saying/meaning "I'm proud of [something]"

Do you understand the difference between thinking something is great and being proud of something?

"Diversity" means we want more black people. "It's great to be white" means we want more white people.

I've seen enough of these types of threads where you guys talk about hating little kids waving American flags, deporting all non-white people and praising Hitler to know exactly what you guys are about.

I see the problem - you're one of these people who thinks it's legitimate to take words that people say, with a specific plain meaning that they intend to communicate, and you take those words and lay onto them a completely different meaning / "interpretation" that the speaker did not intend.

Attempting communication with people that use this bad-faith "interpretation" (scare quotes because it's not interpretation, it's just mis-attribution of your own creative writing) is futile.
