280 NOT ONLY IS YOUTUBE TURNING OFF COMMENTS ON THE WH VIDEOS, BUT THEY ARE DELETING DOWN VOTES!! All of my "downvotes" have been removed from the WH videos, and I had to downvote them all again. Also, the "downvote" count is now at 1.1 or 2.2 thousand, when days ago, there were five times that many!
