What do you think is going to happen when we force kids to reverse everything their body is developing naturally and pre-load their development with the opposite of what their development it's needing?
This is child abuse. If Conservatives don't stop it, another Hitler is going to show up and our own kids will fuck this country up and we'll deserve every last bit of it.
Plus, I just got to say. Know what generation didn't abuse their own children like this? Boomers. Maybe everyone else can finally realize Boomers weren't the problem, we are.
Thank you for articulating the thoughts going on in my head. I'm a hardcore christian and whenever I talk with my other christian friends about how weak the church has become and how it correlates with our slipping morals they look at me weird.
Eventually, maybe in a year, five years, twenty, who knows, somebody will stand up and do something. I'd rather it not be a Hitler and more of a George Washington but Washington's only exist when people have strong fundamental values first. If the christians of the west don't stand up (historically they have always been passive and weak) then someone else will.
One thing you should talk to your friends about is conservatives and lapsed Christians like me, who want to return to the church, but are utterly turned off by the teachings. I went to a church where they literally got up and defended abortion. That's not what I'm looking for. I can turn on the TV, open any modern "hot topic" book, or a women's magazine, and get that kind of preaching. People want spiritual fulfillment and you don't get that in a free-for-all setting.
It's like being creative. If you tell someone "be creative" they probably won't do anything. But if you give them a piece of wood and a chisel, maybe they'll carve or build something. 100 watercolor pictures of the same flower all look different. Just like creativity, spiritual fulfillment can only be achieved when there's some kind of restriction around the person for them to be fulfilled WITHIN.
