Let the people who believe this die from it. Everyone knows obesity is extremely unhealthy. Anyone who lets the Huffington Post convince them otherwise is knowingly lying to themselves. Like the group of morbidly obese women who laughed at me at work one day. I walked into the break room to refill my water and they were eating the company provided bagels covered with cream cheese. They asked if I wanted one and when I politely declined, they asked why. I said “because they’re not good for you” and I only eat healthy food. They all looked at me like I was an idiot and one of them unironically said “bagels are heath food”. I just smiled, filled my water bottle and left. They were all on diets...I know because it’s all they talked about but they never changed. I was very fit and muscular and they knew I knew a lot about nutrition, so there’s no doubt that they knew the truth and were lying to themselves about what they were eating.

The problem is that now they're preaching this to younger and younger girls. There are fat pride/"body positivity" activists who unironically claim that teaching nutrition to children is abusive. And in some places, they're pushing their ideas into schools.

Yes, this is a problem. Soon this woke garbage will be all that’s left online. I think that’s the goal.
