Now days I have to wonder how much of that is just that it's easy to buy votes in the hood and no one cares.
How many broke-brokes will happily check a box on a "ballot harvested" form in exchange for like a 40 and a pack of Newports or a gram sack of loud.
I will concede that it’s definitely a factor, but I grew up and live in a chocolate city, and they are openly and proudly blue through and through.
I wonder how much turnout would drop if they had to start actually showing up rather than being "harvested".
