Had anyone else noticed that in nearly every photo and video of Biden doing anything, Harris is in the corner, standing aside watching, almost sinisterly? Maybe the message is intended to be that he values and appreciates her involvement - but it really comes off as kind of intimidating and paternal on her part.

Its to condition the public to get used to seeing her all the time. Biden will step down because of health problems this year.
That's what I was going to say. It's painfully obvious.
I'm thinking just after Chairman Joe is in Office for two years since she will be allowed to have two more terms after that.
