Let's see if they'll appeal this to SCOTUS. How will the compromised justices defend the halting of adjudicated deportations, if they dare to side with Biden.

The DOJ didn't even bother appealing the first temporary injunction, which is why it got made permanent by him (and now will require higher court appeal if the DOJ wants to do anything.)

I think they just don't care about what happens here, simply because between the border being wide open now and the fact that it's the far left section of their party that wants more illegals and they couldn't care less now that they have dominion to be able to rig votes, it matters very little to them.
