yeah, i wish Trump picked him for SC, but part of me wonders if that would not hinder the immigration plans as effectively because this is a judge ruling on Texas' behalf rather than 9 federal (and not to mention 5-7 SCOTUS judges are already corrupted, so he wouldn't be a swing vote)
Well, if we're doing "I wish this guy had been the supreme court pick for X," I think it's fair to assume that in that hypothetical, the other picks were better as well.
