Eh, they probably can, no one really knows what causes this, my bet is on hormone levels during certain parts of the pregnancy preventing normal development but I'm no expert. Does a three year old know enough to verbalize this, however, no.
The problem is too many idiots self-diagnosing themselves or their kids without seeing any medical experts - and even then you should see several since some are just in it to push drugs.
Also, nobody wants to look into what causes this because then it can be cured and prevented and that puts the people who profit from all the angles of it out of business. (the doctors, the drug companies, the victim advocates, the lobbyists, etc.)

All these people know is that bad orange man is not in office, and that is good. They don’t know who Biden’s health secretary or any border policies, they know orange man gone and that is good. Many people pay little attention to what is happening with politics and agenda.
That said, the middle has to be shrinking and it has to be becoming harder to remain oblivious and not choose a side.
