Ask 100 people what they value most in life. Top 3 things. I'd bet not 10% would have "personal freedom" on their list. Its insane how much its taken for granted.
These are my #s 1, 2, and 3 now as well. It used to be faith, family, country, because I viewed my nation as synonymous with liberty. This is no longer the case.
This is so true. I really didn’t think much about it until he said that. It really puts things into perspective when you have the chance of losing part (or all) of your liberties. As commented below you, my list of life values has been adjusted.
Why should he be scared of getting covid if he wasn't wearing a mask anyway? MaSkS dOnT pRoTeCt ThE wEaReR so as long as everyone else is wearing one, he's 2000% protected from ever getting it.
One of the more stupid ones is making a customer place payment in a tray, then picking the payment up out of the tray.
And making customers wear a mask to enter a restaurant that is full of people seated without masks.
And making people stand 6 feet apart in a line, when these same people just spent an hour in a store handling merchandise, trying on sunglasses, hats and gloves, picking out greeting cards, etc.
And refusing to bring condiments to a table but reusing menus.
And covering the keypad on a card reader with plastic but never cleaning the plastic.
And barring entrance to anyone without a face mask but handing out masks that come in boxes that plainly say, NOT FOR MEDICAL USE right on them.
Exactly. People going mask crazy, but walking around Walmart/misc store and touching crap on the shelves, putting it in their car, bringing it into their home. Unless you are following sterilization protocols (and let’s face it, no one is) you are 100% bringing pathogens into your home. Rely on your immune system, people!
I've been telling people that if our government was truly benevolent, they'd simply encourage people scared of covid to buy a legit gas mask with their stimulus check. That way people who value freedom more can go without, and those scared can be safe without infringing on the rights of others. But we all know that's not the case!
"because we've known for 100 years that masks INCREASE your chances of infection."
It's not even about freedom, masks kill. Requiring masks is requiring you too risk your health. Lower oxygen is bad for you, breathing in a petri dish all day is bad for you, and rubbing your face with a rag covered in everything you've touched is bad for you.. It fails at air born and physical contact.
Based.
Another simple answer to this is "I'm not sick"
Me too!

I just tell them wearing a mask makes them look like a jackass and I just don’t want to wear one.
Yep. It's about individual freedoms. Not the FF garbage.
"I'm not a douchebag, why would I wear one?"

My body my choice faggots

That’s a good one, I’ll have to use that!
