He was asked if he was scared of getting COVID™ or why he wasn’t more worried about going out without a mask.

He replied, “because I value my freedom that much.”

Ask 100 people what they value most in life. Top 3 things. I'd bet not 10% would have "personal freedom" on their list. Its insane how much its taken for granted.

These are my #s 1, 2, and 3 now as well. It used to be faith, family, country, because I viewed my nation as synonymous with liberty. This is no longer the case.

This is so true. I really didn’t think much about it until he said that. It really puts things into perspective when you have the chance of losing part (or all) of your liberties. As commented below you, my list of life values has been adjusted.
