I have a friend I'm working on red pilling. We were talking about the Dec 22 Covid Relief Bill and how much money was sent to other countries.

Does anyone here have any credible data that shows where this numbers come from in the bill and what they are?

I appreciate it. I have an info graphic that alludes to 20% going to Americans and 80% going to foreign countries but no real data.
