Or, rude af waiter/waitress (haha two genders go burrrr) - just cost the owner a customer, or more for enforcing bullshit mask rules (that most people are sick af of at this point). Probably how this thing gets fired.

That and I've worked in service before; fuck that work, and no boss just "Gives" you the authority to enforce rules. Everyone who works there can enforce the store rules, some customers won't respect your authority unless you get a manager, or something; but you do not "get the authority" to enforce posted rules; all staff has that by default.

If the store had posted signs saying "You must wear a mask" - as much as I loath to say so, the staff can ask you to put on a mask (Even though I know mask rules are unconstitutional) - my point is, dumb cunt lies, I don't care who you are, if your store has rules; especially clearly visible and posted rules; no staffer is without the "Authority" to ask you fallow those rules.

Then again, humor me, Say this cunt isn't lying; about kicking this guy out, basically; What if the mask rule isn't posted? Well, then, there's no grounds to enforce it. Some of my local stores have ripped down all their mask signs, and have since stopped even bothering to ask anyone to wear a mask; all the staff still wear a mask (idiots) and there still plenty of (retards) people, wearing masks; but the shit is ending, and I see happy faces again. So if there is no posting for masks, it is not a "Rule" that must be observed by the customer, and staff demanding they fallow an unposted rule is nothing more than accosting and harassment.
