2 - stepped forward and out of cover to take the shot - that's assault not defense
3 - pics show his finger on the trigger when he is not aiming

Was he authorized to be there. Was he authorized to use deadly force. Was he even trained and if so by who? What are his credentials. Why was he showing obvious indications that he wasn't properly trained or was it that he was just being negligent.
Then on to the serious questions. Who's command was he under. Why wasn't he aware of other police right by Ashli. What was the signaling about going on between him the armed men inside by the police outside the door near Ashli. Why didn't he issue any warning before shooting.
I don’t think he could have seen her backpack at the time he shot her. It is very curious how his name has not been released, as happens with most officer shootings. Something isn’t exactly on the level.
It was an execution. He was ordered to assassinate someone. They were lead up there by the cops who let them in the building so they could be shot like fish in a barrel. The thug that shot her was ready to bolt as soon as he pulled the trigger. They wanted death so they could screech at maximum levels.
