I have an android. There's a simple game I am wanting to make but currently don't know anything about android programming.

Is there a software suite that can aid with this or some people that would like to team up to make it?

I was originally thinking it would be tied to GPS location but after seeing the lazer-mazer game use the camera instead of GPS it got me to thinking using the camera would be easier and less finicky vs using GPS.
