So, my college is a very conservative and Christian university in VA. I saw news that the house passed the equality act. I am worried it might pass senate, and then the Supreme Court will cuck out on hearing any cases against it (look at their track record lately on constitutional cases).
Is there any hope that the senate will shut it down, or do dems have majority is senate? Or will enough Republicans cuck out?

Heard a solid interview with Don Bacon on the way home where he basically said "it's not going to pass, it won't survive filibuster and Nancy pelosi doesn't want it to pass either, she wants the republicans to remain "anti equality" to further demonize us.
