My siblings and I are 22-30 and still live with parents. Our parents and siblings lived with our grandparents until 2000 when we moved to another state. We have much more generational wealth as a result and nothing is wasted on rent. We all have good careers, good education, and I'm engaged. My family bought land and we all live on it. Renting is a scam. The artificial demand for housing is a scam. Build stronger families and buy land to develop.
