They always ask, "What are your views on x,y,z?"

They never ask, "Is s/he spineless?"

...

3 Court Cowards

  1. Roberts
  2. Kav
  3. Barrett

They aren't spineless. They're part of the "in" group and Trump is not.

30
BumpForTrump 30 points ago +30 / -0

They really are. The courts are compromised. No honorable judge could've made those rulings.

BobBlackwood 18 points ago +18 / -0

Barret should literally be slapped around a bit.

18
PurestEvil 18 points ago +18 / -0

A bit? Execution for treason.

slaphappy2 14 points ago +14 / -0

Free pass for traitor Goresuch ?

I guess his post inauguration meaningless dissent has worked wonders on his image !

Kavanaugh is a crying pussy. What did we really expect?

6
Wishdonwasdad 6 points ago +6 / -0

I found his little tantrum really fucking cringy too....even then when I was cheering for him.

5
Motownmow 5 points ago +5 / -0

Considering he votes like a democrat, wouldn't surprise me if he's a rapist

12
Cyrbuzz66 12 points ago +12 / -0

Beginning to think Kavanaugh may have been guilty after all.

8
disgruntled_patriot 8 points ago +8 / -0

Guilty of treason.

We stood up for that miserable sack of crap.

Now we'll have to hang the sonofabitch.

4
streakybacon 4 points ago +4 / -0

I don't think he was guilty, but looking back he gave far too much oxygen to those claims and it foreshadowed his fear of the mob.

1
Monz 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think the way the left came for him shook him.

11
Hadit 11 points ago +11 / -0

They are both a BIG disappointment. If Biden wants to pack the courts we will not stop him. It is already packed with McConnell's picks who don't support this country!

11
DanIsSwell 11 points ago +11 / -0

It really makes no difference anymore. These days, honorable people do not make it to honorable positions.

4
VictorianLace 4 points ago +4 / -0

Hit the nail on the head here with 'honorable people do not make it to honorable positions these days.' This is our problem.

7
MAGARondonmonson 7 points ago +7 / -0

The Media and the Dems know how to get a reaction. Claim in the press they are Donald J. Trumps puppets over and over, then send out Schumer to warn they will attack the Supreme Court, then send out BLM and ANTIFA to destroy cities for about 3 months whilst sending them to McConnell's house, Graham's House, Tucker's house and then attack all Republicans who attended and were leaving a White House gala (Rand Paul etc.) and you effectively make them cry, uncle.

This isn't happenstance, this is a planned strategy.

5
splink 5 points ago +6 / -1

They both have children. My bet is they got something along the lines of "nice little family you have there. Be a shame if...."

7
VictorianLace 7 points ago +7 / -0

Maybe they shouldn't have taken the job then. There are no excuses for the horrendous betrayals and the damage they have done to the country

5
Arwyn3x 5 points ago +5 / -0

I can't bear thinking about this, how they can occupy the important and historic position they do and consider anything but the words of the Constitution in their decisions makes me feel helpless. Like how I imagine a enslaved family felt when the master decided to sell their children.

But heck Barrett and Kavanaugh and their invites on DC cocktail circuit come first - right. When I think of the stress of watching their conformation hearings, how we prayed, and cheered and cried and were so proud of them both.

And all the time they knew they were not honestly presenting themselves. If either of them had been ethical bone in their body they would have refused the appointment, and each in turn explained that he/she are are not who the American People think we are.

**We The People thought they would interpret the Constitution as written and would bring sanity to the Supreme Court; The the Left thought they were puppets or rapist or dogmatist; And they just gave cagey answer after cagey answer just to make it to the DC cocktail circuit.

Bedminster 5 points ago +5 / -0

There are a LOT of us who knew that these 2 were not good, voiced it, and got shit on. But that's a moot point now, they're justices with a life appointment.

4
burndemdems 4 points ago +5 / -1

probably threatened/blackmailed into compliance

3
Gmelindag 3 points ago +3 / -0

I don’t know where the Supreme Court justices came from I know that they were called on by my awesome president Donald J Trump but they are betrayers of America, Betrayers of the American people!

Yeah wait till she votes to block some states anti-abortion law. Then the truth will be complete.

2
invalid_data 2 points ago +2 / -0

You know they are going to get pulled deeper into the swamp because of this. They, Kav and ACB, are going to cry that they feel threatened and then the Democrazi Party is going to provide them with special protections for standing up to the dirty violent peasants.

My life motto is never trust a Catholic. They are some of the meanest people I have ever seen going to church every Sunday and not following the teachings of their church or as the Catholic politicians always say I can't force my views of abortion on someone else. How about forcing your granddaughter. to use a bathroom with a mentally ill man dressed as a woman or a guy competing against a girl in sports. Isn't that forcing their will on the people? I saw Barrett as the liberal she is right from the start. Lets see what she stands for in her rulings I bet it won't be much.

While I don't think the comparison is fair, I don't think your comparison is fair either. Many of the "woke" patterns of thought are fully embraced by Catholic heirarchy, including the Pope himself.

As far back as I can remember, Popes were kissing Koran's, praising Islam, trying to change interpretation of scripture, etc. Not to mention the baked in unbiblical dogma such as priests not being allowed to marry that followed with the usual perversions associated with false piety.

Who would even seek the role? I can only imagine they are either all deluded, or corrupt.

15
Testosteroneape2000 15 points ago +18 / -3

Your life motto is crap.

-5
MadAssShitAmerican -5 points ago +6 / -11

He's right. If you are catholic, you need to reflect on that.

10
Testosteroneape2000 10 points ago +12 / -2

I am not. If I was I would not heed your advice.

1
MadAssShitAmerican 1 point ago +1 / -0

Your loss buying the churches false doctrine.

1
Testosteroneape2000 1 point ago +1 / -0

I said I wasn’t catholic. Why would I buy their doctrine if I am not a catholic.

Didn't the Roman part of the church split off from the rest of the original church in 1054?

4/5 of the original church remained.

2
jtt888 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not sure how to interpret what is the 4/5. The West and East split. There's clearly more Catholics in the Western church (aka pope in Rome) today, not sure about numbers in 1054. Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholics have a heck of a lot in common, though both have their own strengths.

2
brother_red 2 points ago +2 / -0

There were 5 Holy Sees in the church.

One (Rome) split from the rest. (Constantinople, Alexandria, Antioch and Jerusalem)

Sheer numbers today are not relevant, as the others were much more heavily persecuted.

1
jtt888 1 point ago +1 / -0

I see, that's where you're getting 4/5. I guess protestants could say similar. What's it like now, 4,000,000 denominations to 1 Roman Catholic one then now and all 4,000,000 of those would claim to be the "original true church".

In all seriousness though. I have great respect for faithful Eastern Orthodox churches.

Alito and Thomas are Catholic dipshit.

People that talk like you never mention their own faith (or lack of). It's easy to throw stones.

1
streakybacon 1 point ago +1 / -0

And what exactly have they done?

1
jtt888 1 point ago +1 / -0

Look it up yourself. As a conservative, you should be generally pleased with those two.

1
streakybacon 1 point ago +1 / -0

I said done. Not recusing themselves, etc.

-3
aqua27 -3 points ago +2 / -5

The Priests who molested children and had it covered up by the church and Pope and yet not a pep out of the masses to reform the church, the colluding with the Nazis during WW2,talk of protecting the unborn yet nothing . You can have your religon and Thomas and Alito and all the rest of the good catholics Dipshit
