The only way to win is to sue over these racist "anti-racist" trainings for creating a hostile work environment. Strangers have made predetermined judgments about a person's character based solely on the color of their skin. Whether they make the training mandatory or all people or not, it is encouraging a stigma against employees based on a legally protected characteristic (race).
