I don't think you understand what is going on here. This is not supposed to be a competition of how much more the American President is loyal to a foreign nation that the other.
Trump emboldened Israel and our other allies in the region to the benefit of America: if we did not ally / support these countries, Russia and Iran (and via them China) would own the region and its oil, and hence much power across the rest of the globe.
Like it or not, through the history of the world, almost every dominant civilization has controlled this region for one reason or another. Us walking away from it would be our demise. Biden weakening our allies there is a step in that bad direction.
If you think Israel and Jews are allies, you are a fool, regardless of any and all geopolitical and economic claims. We are now not only energy independent, but we are exporting fossil fuels and we could even augment that with renewables, we literally don't have to hold that region or the oil if we simply managed things on a diplomatic level.
It’s not just our energy source that’s at issue- It’s preventing an increase of power of those who want to topple the US: if we let Israel go, it will HAVE TO ally with someone else, not because they’re Jews, but because Israel has the same self-preservation instinct that any and every nation has. (These are not the leftist stoner Jews like Seth Rogen or Amy Shumer- but very strong Jews who can convert a useless desert into an oasis while surrounded by enemies who want to kill them.)
If left high and dry by America, who would Israel be forced to turn to? EU? Russia? China? Control of the ME would make any of these bodies much more powerful: weakening the US position globally. Empires rise and fall at the ME- These other countries would jump at the option to ally with Israel, which clearly has a preference for America, for good reason.
If one doesn’t like this logic truth, that’s too bad, it can’t be escaped.

‘Loyal’ is an odd choice of words.
